Data Deletion Instructions

FUNZPLAY MEDIA LIMITED provides business software for game advertisers. If you created a FUNZPLAY account, connected an advertising platform, or authorized FUNZPLAY to access business data, you may request deletion of user data associated with your account.
1. How to Request Deletion
Email privacy@funzplay.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your name and business email address.
- The organization or workspace associated with your account.
- The connected platform or advertising account you want removed, if applicable.
- A short description of the information you want deleted.
2. Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the relevant workspace or advertising account. If the requested data belongs to an organization, we may require confirmation from an authorized workspace administrator.
3. What We Will Do
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information and connected account data in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and advertising platform requirements. We will also stop future synchronization for a disconnected account.
4. Disconnecting TikTok or Another Platform
You may revoke FUNZPLAY’s access through the connected advertising platform’s account or authorization settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but may not automatically delete historical data already stored in your FUNZPLAY workspace. Email us as described above to request deletion of stored data.
5. Data We May Retain
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or audit purposes. Retained data will be restricted and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Response Time
We will acknowledge valid requests within a reasonable period and complete them in accordance with applicable legal, contractual, and platform-specific timelines.
