FUNZPLAY MEDIA LIMITED (“FUNZPLAY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business intelligence, campaign reporting, creative management, advertising measurement, and advertising workflow services for game advertisers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.

Depending on how you interact with FUNZPLAY, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your name, business email, organization, role, and login identifiers.
• Business configuration data, such as projects, games, markets, campaign mappings, and workspace settings.
• Advertising and integration data that you authorize us to access, including account and campaign identifiers, delivery data, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and creative metadata.
• Creative content and metadata that you upload or connect, such as files, names, tags, variants, and usage relationships.
• Usage and technical data, including browser type, IP address, device information, logs, diagnostics, and pages viewed.
• Communications, such as product inquiries, support messages, deletion requests, and feedback.

2. Information From Advertising Platforms

If you connect an advertising platform, including TikTok, we process only the information made available under the permissions you or an authorized representative grant through that platform’s official authorization flow. You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Authorized data may be used to provide campaign reporting, spend monitoring, performance measurement, creative analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-channel analytics. Where approved permissions allow, FUNZPLAY may also help an authorized advertiser manage campaigns, ad groups, ads, and creatives.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the FUNZPLAY services.
• Authenticate users and manage organizations, roles, and permissions.
• Retrieve, normalize, map, reconcile, and display authorized advertising data.
• Generate reports, analytics, diagnostics, alerts, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Support authorized advertising management workflows with appropriate controls.
• Respond to requests, communicate service updates, and provide customer support.
• Prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal and platform requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information or advertising platform data. We do not resell TikTok data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, support, and security functions, subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, satisfy contractual and platform obligations, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention may vary by data type and connected platform. Valid deletion requests are handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, permission boundaries, secure credential handling, logging, and operational monitoring. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond appropriately to security events.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal information. You may also disconnect a connected advertising account through the relevant platform or FUNZPLAY workspace. To make a request, email privacy@funzplay.com.

8. International Processing

FUNZPLAY is based in Hong Kong and serves customers and users in North America and Asia Pacific. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Children

FUNZPLAY is a business service for advertisers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by law.
